This is one of the worst examples of Passive-Aggressive notes I've ever seen, so how about this for an alternative Residents: Nobody forces you to live in the CITY CENTRE. If you want a bit of peace and quiet, how about NOT LIVING in the CITY CENTRE. Manchester is a big place, and there are plenty of quieter places to live. What did you expect when YOU CHOSE to LIVE in the CITY FUCKING CENTRE?
